Physical Therapy Evaluations & Treatments

    Self-Pay Price: $95

    The evaluation is the initial visit for all new patients or patients who haven’t been seen in over a year or have had a significant change in status (for example: following a surgery). The evaluation is performed by the physical therapist and is typically 45-60 minutes in length. It includes discussion of medical history followed by a thorough examination of the injured/painful body parts, strength, flexibility, posture, and movement. The evaluation will also include implementation and instruction on an individualized home exercise program as well as other appropriate hands-on treatment as time allows.

    Treatments are one-on-one follow up sessions scheduled after the initial evaluation and lead by a licensed physical therapist assistant. These sessions are tailored to address the individual needs and goals of the client and can include: pain control (cupping, electrical stimulation, Thermostim, scraping, dry needling, and/or taping), stretching, strengthening, manual therapy, balance training, return to sport training, and/or education.

    Treatments are one-on-one follow up sessions scheduled after the initial evaluation and lead by a licensed physical therapist assistant. These sessions are tailored to address the individual needs and goals of the client and can include: pain control (cupping, electrical stimulation, Thermostim, scraping, dry needling, and/or taping), stretching, strengthening, manual therapy, balance training, return to sport training, and/or education.

    Treatments are one-on-one follow up sessions scheduled after the initial evaluation and lead by a licensed physical therapist assistant. These shorter 15 minute sessions are typically reserved for the fine tuning of a home exercise program or for utilizing a pain modality like electrical stimulation, Thermostim, scraping, taping, or cupping.

    Home health evaluations are reserved for the Amish members in our community within a 10 mile radius of our clinic. These sessions are 45 minutes in length and performed by a licensed physical therapist.

    Home health treatments are reserved for the Amish members in our community within a 10 mile radius of our clinic. These follow-up sessions are 30-45 minutes in length and lead by a licensed physical therapist assistant.

Specialty Treatment Options

    Self- Pay Price: $95/evaluation; $75/follow-up

    This type of rehab is performed by a licensed physical therapist certified in pelvic floor therapy. It is appropriate for women who are pregnant, postpartum, and menopausal and are experiencing signs and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction including: incontinence, low back pain, and/or pelvic pain.

  • Price: $70/session

    Dry needling, or intramuscular therapy, is a technique designed to help treat pain and strengthen weak muscle groups. It involves inserting a small, sterile needle into specific areas of muscle called “trigger points.” These “trigger points” are tender, irritable spots in bands of tissue. Dry needling works best when combined with electrical stimulation. The results are often immediate with noticeable improvements in pain, range of motion, and your ability to move.

  • Price: $60 per session for 3x/week; $65 per session for 2x/week; $70 per session for 1x/week.

    Designed for local athletes during during the off-season. Sessions are 45 minutes long and include a functional movement assessment and specific programming designed to prevent injury and improve performance. This one-on-one training is lead by a licensed sports medicine physical therapist assistant.. A personalized home exercise program is also prescribed as part of the training package. Web-based training is available upon request.

    Sole Support custom orthoses. These inserts can be placed into shoes and are particularly helpful for conditions like plantar fasciitis and posterior tibialis tendinitis.
