Group Fitness at Peak is focused on developing the whole body.

We offer something for everyone.

Each person will progress through a program based on their collective goals and abilities. Programs range from one to three months in length and are created to achieve a specific goal. Subsequent programs will build on the skills developed in the previous programs.

Exercises can be modified to accommodate all abilities and comfort level.
