After 7½ wonderful years of serving our community, we have made the difficult decision to close Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness. This decision was not made lightly, but after much thought and consideration, we feel it is the right time to step away from clinical practice and focus more fully on our families and the season ahead.

Peak is no longer accepting new patients, and our final day of regular patient care will be Friday, October 9, 2026. We are working closely with Promotion Therapy to ensure a smooth transition for patients who need continued care.

We are also happy to share that Emme Wallick, PTA, will be joining Promotion Therapy. Emme has been an invaluable part of Peak, and her skill, compassion, and dedication have made a lasting impact on both our practice and the patients she has served.

As we close this chapter, we are incredibly grateful for the trust and support of our patients, referring providers, and community over the past several years. It has truly been a privilege to care for you and your families. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your care and for supporting Peak along the way.
