Pilates

At Peak we offer a Pilates program directed by certified instructors. Our Pilates staff consists of graduates from The Center for Pilates in Boulder Colorado. We offer mat and reformer classes to both our Physical Therapy patients and Wellness clients. Keeping with our standard of offering the very best to those we serve, we have state of the art Pilates equipment.


What is Pilates and How Does It Work?

Pilates, when done correctly with a certified instructor, is a form of exercise that dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates exercises build strength without excess bulk. These specific exercises create a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness and good posture, which is key to a Peak lifestyle.

Pilates improves flexibility and agility. It can even help alleviate back and neck pain while strengthening all the joint systems of your body to help prevent injuries in the future.
