About Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness

Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness was originally opened under the ownership and direction of three physicians in 1991. These three physicians created exceptional protocols over the years and were instrumental in creating the company that Peak is today.

Over the years, ownership has changed. But the protocols and focus have not changed, and Peak continues to research ways to make the clinic better.
